Your Role
As an Investor Services Senior Administrator you will be responsible for the execution of challenging tasks in the Investor Services Department. These tasks are required to be executed within the guidelines and procedures provided by HedgeServ and under the support, supervision and guidance of your supervisor and manager.

Every Investor Services Senior Administrator will receive comprehensive Induction Training, in addition to both compulsory training as well as technical and personal development. Key Accountabilities of the Role
- Liaise internally with Investor Services team to understand client transaction documents for online transaction processing
- Preparation and testing of client transaction documents for online transaction processing
- Preparation and testing of images/logos for client reporting for the Investor Services team
- Support the Investor Services team in a project role capacity
- Hybrid working arrangements – may be required to spend time working in the office as well as working from home.
- Establish good working relationship with, and understanding of, other HedgeServ departments
Education:
- Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree – Completed bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm with experience in all aspects of the role of an Investor Services Administrator. Alternative experience may be considered.
Skills:
- Should be flexible in terms of their approach and work ethic should be focused and results orientated
- Should be self-motivated and have ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Strong understanding of Hedge Fund application/Subscription forms – and the interpretation of same
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, HTML and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
