• Oversee preparation and distribution of regular shareholder reports, earnings releases and other key financial documents
• Assist in creating and updating Investor presentations for regular meetups, earnings results, roadshows and conferences
• Help plan and calendar Investor meetings, roadshows, and events, and align overall execution with defined shareholder engagement and disclosure strategy
• Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitor performance to provide strategic Insights on IR strategy and enhance shareholder value
• Manage IR database and tools to effectively update company performance and prepare for any Investor engagement activity or queries
• Work closely with internal corporate communications and strategy communications teams to align on key messaging for any public disclosure
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Investors, analysts, and other stakeholders within the Industry
