● Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and investor updates covering current and prospective investments
● Draft and review emails, reports, summaries, and recurring internal update documents
● Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles through data gathering, document organization, and coordination across teams
Marketing & Operational Support
● Support blast email and text campaigns, and maintain list hygiene through verification tools
● Upload and maintain media and visual assets in designated systems
● Monitor key calendars, track follow-ups, and manage inbox triage including flagging and drafting responses
● Handle confidential investor and deal information with discretion.
Requirements:
● 2 to 5 years in CRM database management, investor relations support, business development support, or research operations
● Hands-on ownership of a CRM system, including data hygiene and deduplication (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamo, Juniper Square, or similar)
● Strong written English; this role drafts correspondence that reaches investors
● Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US business hours.
