Acumen Capital Partner (ACP); is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join ACP’s growing team.
We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of work experience.
This role can be based in Nairobi, Cairo or London.

About the Role
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Managing Partners and the CIO in building strong relationships with new potential LPs including DFIs, family offices, foundations and pension funds.
- Analyze market trends and be on the top of LPs’ expectations
- Organize road shows.
- Align and coordinate with MPs, and ACP board, on fundraising of the different funds.
- Create a template for LPs reports and pitch decks.
Skills and Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication , or related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional polish and client-service mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, along with equivalent productivity & communication applications such as Zoom etc.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and support multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain discretion, professional judgement, and confidentiality at all times.
- Self-reflective and aligned with ACP values.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in Kenya, Egypt or UK.
