Manage Academy operations, tech stack, and cross-functional workflows; support regional teams and fundraising data needs; build and maintain AI-powered automations and vendor/licence management; own onboarding/offboarding, meeting cadence, documentation, and process improvements to enable global program delivery.

The Investment Manager will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, manage the portfolio, support exits, and lead insights generation.

Support institutional fundraising and partner engagement for Acumen's Poverty & Climate and Acumen Academy work. Conduct prospect research, maintain and manage donor pipelines and CRM, draft proposals and external materials, prepare briefings and meeting follow-ups, support event content and planning, and coordinate with global teams and grant management to ensure partner deliverables and reporting.

Lead design and implementation of Acumen Academy's Theory of Change, impact measurement and evidence frameworks. Oversee data collection, cleaning, validation, dashboarding and reporting. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights, build staff capacity, and support adaptive management and learning across global teams.
