The Role

Position/Title: Analyst, Investor Relations

Pretium’s platform has more than $57 billion of assets, comprising real estate investments across nearly 90 markets in the U.S., and employs approximately 7,000 people across 50 offices, including its New York headquarters, Miami, London, Seoul, and Sydney. 

Position

We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join the Business Development team in our New York office. This position will help support client service across Pretium’s growing suite of products. This position will report to the Head of Investor Relations and is based in the Firm’s New York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and service existing client relationships
  • Participate in the investor due diligence process by preparing materials for investor meetings, populating online client databases, updating and maintaining due diligence documents, and responding to due diligence requests from investors
  • Deliver consistent, timely, and accurate responses to inbound investor inquiries and questionnaires
  • High involvement in Client Relationship Management system (“CRM”) and Investor Portal
  • Participate in operational investor functions re: subscription document review and similar
  • Help prepare for fund update calls with Limited Partners and prepare scheduled investor reporting
  • Write timely call/meeting notes and monthly updates on themes/trends in this market segment
  • Articulately communicate with key stakeholders across the organization in a knowledgeable, clear, and professional fashion
  • Collaborate internally across multiple groups within Pretium

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, minimum of 3.5 GPA required
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and meet dynamic deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset; must possess the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization

  • Annual base salary range for this role is expected to be between $90,000 - $105,000
    • The actual salary will depend on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience and credentials, salary expectations of applicable candidates, and other applicable market conditions.
  • Annual year-end bonus eligible
