Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, and administration of legal agreements. Support attorneys and compliance professionals with corporate governance, entity management, KYC, recordkeeping, audits, and legal documentation. Serve as Ironclad business owner, coordinate outside service providers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows. Identify automation and process improvements across the legal and compliance function.

Lead accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and investor reporting functions for an open-ended residential credit fund. Manage quarterly/annual financial statement close, liaise with auditors and fund administrator, prepare portfolio subledgers and financing reports, oversee reconciliations, support tax work and investor queries, and maintain internal controls and documented policies.
