Who you are:

As an Investments Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize performance. You will help bring value to the organization by identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed. Our managers have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence.

What you’ll do: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecast to senior management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals in order to maintain a high level of profitable sales
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational events
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in investments sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
