Neo Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Investments Portfolio Manager to lead our investment strategies and portfolio management efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our investment portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth, and mitigating risks to drive profitability. You will work closely with senior management to develop, implement, and manage investment strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring optimal asset allocation while maintaining a strong focus on market trends and economic fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor overall investment strategies and portfolio allocation across various asset classes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic data, and investment opportunities.
- Assess current and potential investments by evaluating financial performance, risks, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with analysts to create detailed reports and presentations on investment performance and recommended actions.
- Monitor and adjust portfolio holdings to maximize returns while minimizing risk exposure.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding portfolio performance, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry developments, and emerging investment trends.
- Manage relationships with external investment managers, advisors, and other financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of investment analysis, asset valuation, and portfolio management principles.
