What is Alpha platform
State Street Alpha is the first front-to-back asset servicing platform from a single provider for institutional and wealth management firms.

What you will be responsible for
- Performing daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies
- Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager
- Assisting manager and team members to close out issues
- Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and managers
- Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times
- Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team
- Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group
What we value

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of financial services industry experience is an asset
- Professional experience from a different area is acceptable
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
