The Investment Operations Specialist will be responsible for all operational aspects of employee savings plan asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage trust and custody activities with external, savings plan record keepers
- Prepare performance reporting
- Partner with Stellantis HR Retirement & Savings team
- Present to the Pension Investment Committee for the US and Canadian savings plans
- Ensure compliance with all internal governance
- Prepare materials for external compliance including external financial statement reporting requirements related to employee savings plan assets
- Serve as the point of contact for external/internal audit of plan reporting
- Oversee compliance with regulatory authorities and applicable regulations
- May support investment operations of the US and Canadian pension plans depending on overall needs of the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relative experience, accounting experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Willingness to utilize AI and other Microsoft tools to drive process improvements and gain efficiency
- Personal interest and passion for staying in-the-know with 401k/savings plan market developments

- Master’s degree
- CPA/CA designation
- General understanding of capital markets, pension trusts, and relevant accounting standards
- Candidate’s openness to rotate through other positions within the broader Treasury department
