We are looking for an Investment Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Investments team to understand, structure, and implement operational workflows for various investment products and trading strategies
- Design and implement robust operational processes for new products, including spot trading, derivatives, token investments, and DeFi interactions
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks for different investment products and strategies
- Coordinate with technology teams to build and optimize operational workflows and tools
- Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures and controls
- Monitor and report on operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries to and from the Investments team
Required experience and skills
- 5-8 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to trading operations, product control, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of defi specific ecosystem and investment products.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project coordination
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational optimization
- Experience in documenting and implementing operational controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Technical skills
- Understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets (experience with DeFi protocols is a plus)
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with trading systems and operational workflows
- Basic understanding of smart contracts and blockchain operations
