Join our dynamic team and enhance client experiences through seamless account data management!
As an Investment Middle Office Service Delivery Associate in Client Account Services (CAS) Team, you will be responsible for ensuring account reference data readiness for our Investment Middle Office Service clients. You will manage external client relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to fulfil client business requirements. You will enhance the client experience in routine lifecycle management by implementing straight-through processing within our robust operating model and ecosystem, ensuring accurate and efficient market setup. You will be also involved in coordinating end-to-end client account reference data requests, including product expansions, new account launches, and onboarding of new third parties.
Job responsibilities
  • Manages client relationships to consistently deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Coordinates client account lifecycle events with stakeholders, ensuring successful setups for fund launches, segregated mandates, new third parties, and closures.
  • Fosters long-term value by nurturing relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.
  • Serves as the key liaison between functional teams, including Client Services, Operations, Technology, and Change Management.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and actively shape the future target operating model.
  • Leads client and internal calls to ensure implementation deliverables are met and manage any issues that arise.
  • Produces clear and concise reports for clients and internal teams, detailing toll gates, next actions, and status updates tailored to the audience.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills.
  • Experience in managing projects and events to successful completion.
  • Skilled at building strong partnerships with clients, business, operations, technology, and other stakeholders within a matrix organization.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Professional in handling escalations, prioritizing tasks, and solving problems.
  • Capable of logically analyzing complex problems to meet daily Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to challenge and enhance current operating practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable in Middle Office and market functions.
  • Experienced in business improvement and optimizing operating practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments
