Job Description
You will lead the sourcing, structuring, execution, and management of logistics real estate investments in France and selectively across Europe, based out of the Paris office. Building on the strong track record and success of the PFA Logistics Portfolio, this individual will be the firm’s key logistics expert and primary representative to investors, driving growth, credibility, and deal flow in one of the most competitive asset classes in the market.How you’ll spend your time…Origination & Deal Leadership
Lead sourcing of logistics investment opportunities across France and selected European markets, leveraging deep market relationships and the PFA platform’s track record.
Originate, structure, and negotiate transactions across the risk spectrum, with full accountability from first underwriting to closing.
Act as investment lead on logistics deals, coordinating internal resources to deliver high‑quality execution.
Portfolio & Investment Management
Oversee asset and investment strategy for logistics assets post‑acquisition, ensuring value creation aligned with business plans.
Work closely with asset management teams to monitor performance, risks, and exit strategies.
Investor Engagement & Fundraising Support
Present logistics deal flow, strategy, and pipeline to existing and prospective investors.
Serve as the primary “face” of the logistics strategy in investor meetings, due diligence sessions, and roadshows.
Support senior leadership in identifying, engaging, and securing new institutional investors for logistics strategies.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead logistics investments with support from a pool of analysts and investment managers responsible for underwriting, financial modelling, and business plan development.
Provide direction, mentorship, and quality control while retaining full ownership of investment decisions and investor messaging.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor logistics market trends, capital flows, occupier dynamics, and pricing across France and Europe.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of the firm’s logistics investment strategy.
To be successful in this role you will have…
Strong track record in logistics and industrial real estate investments, ideally within France and pan‑European markets.
Proven ability to originate and execute complex real estate transactions.
High credibility with institutional investors; comfortable presenting strategy, deals, and performance.
Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
Natural internal leader and external ambassador for the logistics platform.

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.
