Job Description
Investment Management
- Perform Industry and Investment Market Research
- Conduct Benchmarking Analysis of Fund Performances
- Track Financial Performances of the Alternative Investment subsidiaries.
Mergers & Acquisition
- Conduct research and analyze market and industry trends related to the financial sector, including key market developments, key competitor landscape, benchmarking and relevant market dynamics
- Support in building financial models and detailed valuation analysis (including trading and transaction comparables)
- Support in execution of potential transactions
- Support in preparation of internal management presentations
Skill and Requirements
- Previous internship experience in a financial institution (Good to have)
- Knowledge of Corporate Finance and Financial Markets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail, organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-starter and capable of delivering results while working under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and oral (working language).
- Additional languages beneficial but not essential
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
