Investment Associate (MedTech)

OurCrowd is seeking a highly analytical, relationship-focused, and solutions-oriented Investment Associate with expertise in MedTech to join our Portfolio Management team. In this role, you’ll manage and support a diverse portfolio of innovative startups, providing strategic guidance, facilitating valuable connections, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in venture capital, startup management, and portfolio strategy.

This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in our Jerusalem office and one day per week in our Tel Aviv office; therefore, the position is posted in both locations.

• 2+ years’ experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting or relevant business or academic experience with a strong focus on the MedTech sector.
• BSc in chemistry, biology or other relevant field – Strong Advantage.
• Sector/domain expertise in MedTech – Strong Advantage.
• Strong financial analysis and business acumen, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven ability to work effectively with entrepreneurs, executives, investors and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English proficiency; exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• Proactive self-starter with a collaborative approach and a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
