Build and ship production backend and full-stack features for a global investment platform using Node.js and microservices. Develop and deploy production AI agents and LLM-powered tools, design scalable architectures with SQL and NoSQL databases, and create agentic workflows using tools such as n8n and Make. Own features through design, testing, deployment, and monitoring while collaborating across product, data, and engineering teams. Contribute to system architecture, troubleshooting, code quality, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Lead the Finance Department’s strategy, operations, reporting, accounting close, investment operations, tax coordination, regulatory compliance, treasury, and cash controls. Manage and develop three Controllers or Team Leads while establishing process ownership, accountability, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination. Oversee financial statements, investor and fund reporting, deal closings, capital calls, portfolio events, reconciliations, and relationships with auditors, CPAs, banks, tax authorities, and external service providers in Israeli and international environments.

Support the CEO and another C-suite executive by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, approvals, expenses, governance documentation, and investment committee coordination. Prepare executive and board materials, track follow-ups, and handle sensitive financial and administrative matters with discretion. The role requires strong organization, judgment, communication, and flexibility across global time zones, with three days per week in-office and at least two days in Jerusalem.
