Your role with us:
Supporting the Investment Director, you will be the analytical engine driving a diverse portfolio of property, private equity and direct investments. You’ll build the financial models and lead the due diligence that transforms complex data into sharp, actionable recommendations for the Family Office custodians.

Your work ensures every investment is disciplined and strategic. By delivering rigorous research and clear narratives, you will directly influence high-stakes decision-making and the long-term growth of the family’s legacy.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

As part of the family office, you won’t be working directly on the brands themselves but will focus on managing and investing in opportunities beyond gaming, such as property investments. What you will do: 

• Evaluate property, private equity and fund opportunities.
• Model investment returns, cash flows and sensitivities.
• Perform financial, commercial and qualitative due diligence.
• Review external manager proposals and market data.
• Monitor macroeconomic and sector-specific trends.
• Prepare investment memos and materials for custodians.
• Communicate investment rationales and risk drivers.
• Manage information flows with legal and tax advisor.

Bonus points if you have: 

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including integrated three-way models.
• Proven ability to build investment models across property and private equity.
• Deep knowledge of IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis and return attribution.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and investment reporting tools.
