Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Investment Advisor to join our Asset Management department. In this role, you will drive business growth by prospecting for new clients, identifying their financial needs, and managing long-term relationships. You will leverage a deep knowledge of company products to provide comprehensive consultations, cross-sell services, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while promoting a positive corporate image.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Prospect for new clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
  • Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.



Requirements
  • B.Sc. Business Administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in relationship management/customer service
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office


Skills Required
