research, analysis and advisory services in Corporate Finance, Equities and
Fixed Income Markets to diversified clientele.
We
are seeking a results-driven Investment Advisor to join our Asset
Management department. In this role, you will drive business growth by
prospecting for new clients, identifying their financial needs, and managing
long-term relationships. You will leverage a deep knowledge of company products
to provide comprehensive consultations, cross-sell services, and deliver
exceptional customer satisfaction while promoting a positive corporate image.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and
services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
prospective and existing clients.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities.
- Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose
suitable solutions.
- Provide clients with comprehensive product/service
consultations and guide their decision-making process.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a
timely manner.
- Prospect for new clients and ensure client
satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to
grow the customer base.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and
customers.
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost
their brand.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Business Administration, marketing, communication, or a related
field.
- 2-3 years'
experience in relationship management/customer service
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Skills Required
