Job Summary

This role is responsible for conducting internal investigations into Code of Conduct breaches and delivering advisory services focused on anti-fraud and anti-corruption. It plays a critical part in upholding organizational integrity and supporting the company’s global compliance framework.

What you will do 

  • Conduct internal investigations into alleged violations of the company’s Code of Conduct, including fraud, corruption, and other misconduct.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR, Compliance, and Security, to ensure thorough and unbiased investigation outcomes.

  • Gather, analyze, and assess evidence including documentation, interviews, and digital records to support investigation findings.

  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented investigation reports with factual findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Provide expert advisory support on fraud risk mitigation and anti-corruption practices across international operations.

  • Identify control weaknesses during investigations and partner with relevant stakeholders to strengthen internal processes and policies.

  • Support internal audit initiatives by contributing insights from investigations to enhance organizational risk awareness and compliance.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and awareness programs related to ethics, fraud prevention, and anti-corruption.

  • Stay abreast of international regulations and emerging trends in corporate fraud, bribery, and corruption to ensure best practices in investigative protocols

You will be a great fit if you have

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or legal qualification, investigations and anti-fraud qualifications such as ACFE.

  • At least four years of relevant work

  • Possess a high level of integrity, autonomy, and ability to function independently, to deliver results with minimal supervision from management.

  • Good accounting and/or data analytical skills

  • As well as a very high level of written and spoken English, a high proficiency in at least one other widely used foreign language which may be useful in investigations.
