What the Role Is

As an Inventory Clerk - Night Shift, you will play a critical role in our fast- paced, growing Fulfillment Center by ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records. Your responsibilities will include conducting manual floor audits, validating scanner data, and addressing discrepancies promptly. This position requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.​

The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 7:30pm -6:00am at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.

Who You Are

  • Detail-Oriented: You meticulously verify inventory counts and follow procedures to resolve discrepancies
  • Positive and Reliable: You maintain a positive attitude and are consistently dependable
  • Adaptable: You can shift priorities effectively when urgent issues arise
  • Experienced: You have at least 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Efficient: You manage time well and can multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Physically Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/ kneeling/ stooping/ bending/ walking on concrete floor for long periods of time

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Conduct manual floor audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Validate scanner data against physical counts and follow procedures for discrepancies
  • Relocate missing items to the designated loss location
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and respond to urgent inventory issues promptly
  • Maintain consistent and reliable inventory records

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular physical activity in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. The physical expectations of the role include:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks
  • Ability to walk the equivalent of 10,000+ steps per day
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs multiple times per hour
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards.
The pay rate for this role is $20.00 per hour. (This includes any applicable shift differential.)
