Role: Inventory Compliance Manager

Your Impact:
- Set strategic direction for ensuring the facility is compliant with accurate inventory processes, in partnership with the facility leadership team.
- Set up cycle count processes, documentation requirements, product count process, and inventory compliance standards.
- Conduct daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product; accounting and reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, waste and damages,
- Ensure compliance with all State, City, County, and cannabis regulatory body requirements
- Train, mentor, coach and develop others on inventory and compliance processes
