Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities and states: audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies with managers, maintain payroll records, coordinate with payroll provider for taxes and deductions, support compliance, reporting, audits, and payroll system training while responding to employee payroll inquiries.

Process and code vendor invoices, maintain vendor records and compliance forms, support payment cycles and check runs, resolve vendor discrepancies, assist with year-end reporting and cross-functional accounting tasks, and keep an organized accounts payable workflow.

Lead customer-facing retail operations at a new Willow Grove cannabis store: deliver welcoming service, train and mentor staff, manage inventory and POS/cash handling, oversee opening/closing procedures, ensure regulatory and SOP compliance, and provide product knowledge and operational feedback to improve business performance.
