The role is 70% remote with 30% travel or on-site work and requires strong networking knowledge, Microsoft 365 experience, and problem-solving skills.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, maintains vendor records and compliance documentation, supports payment cycles and approvals, resolves vendor discrepancies, assists with year-end reporting, and helps maintain an efficient accounts payable workflow.

Lead daily retail operations while delivering a welcoming cannabis customer experience. Coach and mentor team members, share cannabis product knowledge, manage inventory and cash handling, oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain regulatory and SOP compliance, and provide feedback on customer and product trends to improve operations.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities and states: audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies with managers, maintain payroll records, coordinate with payroll provider for taxes and deductions, support compliance, reporting, audits, and payroll system training while responding to employee payroll inquiries.
