Lead daily retail operations while delivering a welcoming cannabis customer experience. Coach and mentor team members, share cannabis product knowledge, manage inventory and cash handling, oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain regulatory and SOP compliance, and provide feedback on customer and product trends to improve operations.

Lead the customer experience in a cannabis retail store by welcoming customers, coaching staff, managing inventory, performing opening/closing and cash-handling procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and sharing product knowledge and operational feedback to improve store performance.

Design, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure across multiple locations. Monitor performance and security, troubleshoot connectivity and outages, manage firewalls and VPNs, upgrade hardware/firmware, and keep network documentation and topology diagrams current.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities and states: audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies with managers, maintain payroll records, coordinate with payroll provider for taxes and deductions, support compliance, reporting, audits, and payroll system training while responding to employee payroll inquiries.
