Lead the customer experience in a cannabis retail store by welcoming customers, coaching staff, managing inventory, performing opening/closing and cash-handling procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and sharing product knowledge and operational feedback to improve store performance.

Design, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure across multiple locations. Monitor performance and security, troubleshoot connectivity and outages, manage firewalls and VPNs, upgrade hardware/firmware, and keep network documentation and topology diagrams current.

Manage and grow distributor and client accounts for cannabis products, build strong relationships, meet sales targets, track performance, represent brands at events, and provide client support and strategic solutions while traveling statewide.

Manage an Accounts Payable team and oversee invoice processing, payments, vendor management, reconciliations, and DPO monitoring. Support month- and year-end close, strengthen internal controls, and assist ERP implementations and process modernization to optimize cash flow and working capital.

Manage accounts receivable operations and a team of AR Specialists, overseeing billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, aging reports, month/year-end close, process improvements, and ERP initiatives.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities and states: audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies with managers, maintain payroll records, coordinate with payroll provider for taxes and deductions, support compliance, reporting, audits, and payroll system training while responding to employee payroll inquiries.

Process and code vendor invoices, maintain vendor records and compliance forms, support payment cycles and check runs, resolve vendor discrepancies, assist with year-end reporting and cross-functional accounting tasks, and keep an organized accounts payable workflow.

Oversee accounting functions to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, support audits and licensing compliance, provide financial analysis and insights, improve accounting systems and reporting, and lead and develop the accounting team to support operational decision-making.
