Overview

This is an Operations and Technology role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and dedication to process improvement. This position is based out of our headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
MedTrans Go's platform acts as a two-sided digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities/systems ("customers") with businesses and individuals providing services like medical transportation and interpretation ("service partners"). The Technology/Operations intern will work on a myriad of projects with our Technology, Operations, and Customer Success teams including developing strategic documentation protocols and templates, coordinating QA testing protocols and efforts, and assisting in research of and establishing guidelines for upcoming security and healthcare certifications (e.g. SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST).
MedTrans Go is an early-stage startup with room for growth! This is a paid full-time summer internship with potential for extension or conversion to a part-time position in the fall.
Qualifications

• Passion for process improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation
• Troubleshooting skills such as QA testing, customer support, and problem solving
• Ability to mobilize cross functional teams to reach a common goal, with excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to understand how Operations, Customer Success, and Technology align to support customers needs
• Familiarity with testing web/mobile applications
• Familiarity with creating flow diagrams (UX)
• Initiative and a willingness to learn
