Responsibilities and Tasks

• Learn and demonstrate an understanding of our employment brand, which expresses the company's unique voice and its impact on candidate experience within our talent markets
• Support brand trainings and presentations, generally support our team's talent marketing needs around the globe
• Help facilitate people-focused content creation for multi-channel distribution, including areas of thought leadership, programmatic advertisement, recruitment marketing assets and social channels
• Track metrics, conduct digital audits of external media channels, report on return-on-investment for attraction technologies and vendors in our global markets, including regional career sites

Education

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field of study

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of comfort with ambiguity
• Collaborative and inquisitive - you like to ask questions!
• Desire to contribute to a team, to learn and develop new skills
