2. 具有手动/气动/电动工具的使用能力。
3. 了解电子和电器测试设备。
4. 熟练的计算机使用能力，如微软办公软件。

岗位职责：
1. 对压缩机零部件在MTS和Shaker疲劳测试台的装拆，进行疲劳测试，将测试数据准确地记录并电子归档。
2. 在压缩机测试实验中，负责贴应变片和安装传感器，进行标定，并按项目要求的格式记录和提供所需数据。
3. 按照应用力学工程师提供的项目计划及时交流和沟通项目的运行状态。
4. 维持整洁而安全的实验室环境。
5. 积极主动地学习新知识和积累经验，全面掌握对应用力学实验室的所有设备的使用。
