Key responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, validate, and organise ESG‑related data from various internal stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in preparing sustainability dashboards and performance reports.
Support benchmarking activities against industry standards and peer organisations.
Data Visualization
Develop charts, graphs, and visual dashboards to present key sustainability insights.
Prepare data visualization materials for management presentations and reporting.
Webpage Management & Digital Content
Maintain and update the organisation’s sustainability webpage to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Publish the latest sustainability news, updates, and event highlights.
Ensure webpage content is user‑friendly and aligned with corporate communication standards.
Sustainability Communications
Produce short videos and multimedia content to promote sustainability awareness.
Support the development of infographics, presentation decks, and internal campaign materials.
Assist in the planning or execution of sustainability engagement initiatives.
Research & Administrative Support
Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
Provide administrative and coordination support for departmental projects as needed.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic/ moderate proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools is an advantage.
- Ability to create clear and engaging visual/content materials.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
