Requisiti formativi:

• Diploma tecnico (preferibile)

Requisiti di base:

• Capacità di lavorare in team

• Forte motivazione, orientamento al risultato

Requisiti preferibili:

• Esperienza su macchine di confezionamento

Requisiti linguistici:

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana

Data di inizio presunta: Febbraio 2026

Durata: 3 mesi con possibilità di proroga altri 3 mesi.

Cosa farai?

Obiettivi e modalità del tirocinio

Lo stage sarà eseguito nel team di confezionamento secondario presso l'azienda Glaxo Smith Kline di Parma.

Lo scopo è:

• Imparare a condurre linee di packaging per confezionamento di differenti specialità

• Imparare a lavorare in team

• Imparare i requisiti GMP e le regole alla base dei principi ALCOA

• Compilare la documentazione in modo accurato

La risorsa lavorerà su turni 6-14 o 14-22 a settimane alterne, dal Lunedì al Venerdì.

Principali attività

Condurre linee di confezionamento secondario automatiche:

Utilizzare muletto per alimentare la linea di confezionamento e per trasportare i prodotti confezionati in magazzino

Compilare la documentazione che accompagna il confezionamento secondario di un lotto soddisfando i requisiti richiesti

Competenze da sviluppare

La persona avrà l’opportunità di lavorare in un contesto produttivo multinazionale con elevati standard in termini di Sicurezza, Qualità e Performance dove imparare a lavorare all’interno di un team e cooperare al raggiungimento di obiettivi di produzione.

Nello specifico il tirocinante acquisirà le principali competenze inerenti alle seguenti attività:

• Capacità di condurre una linea di confezionamento secondario

• Utilizzo dei materiali corretti per la lavorazione

• Esecuzione dei controlli per assicurare la qualità delle confezioni

• Esecuzione di cambi formati per poter macchinare specialità differenti sulla linea

• Inserimento dei dati al PC
