製造・生産技術エンジニア

＜部門について＞
GEヘルスケア・ジャパンは、GEヘルスケアのグローバル組織において、重要な製造の柱として存在しています。
生産・製造技術エンジニア(Advanced Manufacturing Engineer)は、GEヘルスケアのグローバルチームと密に連携し、世界中のお客様に提供する革新的な製品の生産・製造を担っています。
＜生産・製造技術エンジニアの役割＞
-新製品プログラムチームの一員として、新製品の初号機製造から量産立ち上げのリード
-品質改善のためのLeanやAI技術も取り入れた設備や原材料のデータ分析、それに基づいた生産ラインの改善
-クロスファンクショナルチームにて、安定した品質でコスト低くお客様に製品を届けることを目標にしたライン設計や設備サポート
-お客様の期待する納期にこたえるために、部品調達、効率の良い生産計画等の立案、製造現場との調整をリード

GEヘルスケア・ジャパンは、GEヘルスケアのグローバル組織において、重要な製品開発・製造の柱として存在しています。
製造スペシャリストは海外からも高い生産性と品質管理で評価される日野工場にて、世界中のお客様に提供する革新的な製品の製造を担っています。
＜職務内容＞
製造・生産管理・生産技術部門はCTシステム・CT検出器・超音波プローブなど日野で製造している医療機器の生産業務が滞りなく行われ、品質の良い製品をお客様に出荷できるように、より一層の工場デジタル化を進めるとともに、必要な固有技術・生産管理システムを支える業務を行っています。
＜業務内容＞
リーン生産方式に基づく改善活動を通し、作業者の負担軽減、品質向上を図り、生産性を高めます。
1. 良い品質の製品を作る
2. 納期通りに製品を作り、出荷する
3. 生産性向上を実現する
4. リーンの考え方を製造ラインに導入する
5. チームトレーニングプランを作成し、チームを育成する
