What will you do?

Driving productivity initiatives for Value Stream 1. Key highlights are: 

  • Improving full automation control, digitalisation and smart monitoring for new products

  • Cycle time improvement for new processes

  • Yield improvement through process optimisation

  • Implement step changes in traditional cleaning processes to drive productivity gains for new processes

  • Support project team in equipment commissioning and qualification

  • Support and drive GSK Production System maturity

What will you learn?

  • Work closely with the production team to learn and experience firsthand Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing primary processes and operations

  • Involved with the key improvement projects for the department and learn key production skills and knowledge such as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Data Gathering, automation, cleaning, digitalization tools, data analysis, process troubleshooting, process debottlenecking, use of GPS standards to drive zero incident, zero waste and zero defects

What are we looking for?

  • Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Independent workers who are responsive and resourceful

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge in Power BI and Data Analytics is a plus

  • A passion and desire to learn new things.

  • Curious and like to self explore with minimum guidance
