HR Analytics & Administrative Support
Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation by utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Support data analysis, maintain records, and perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Event Planning & Communications
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR engagement activities, workshops, and events. Assist in developing communication materials, including posters, announcements, photography/videography, and basic video editing to promote HR initiatives.
Content Creation & Digital Engagement
Design engaging visual content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), manage digital communication materials, and contribute creative ideas to enhance employee engagement, internal branding, and HR campaigns.
Skills Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Ability to assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and record maintenance
- Support event planning, coordination, and development of communication materials
