As part of Manufacturing, you'll use your skills, our systems, and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious, finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you'll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain. Our internship assignments focus on practical, value-added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization.
What you need to know about this position: There are many interesting projects happening in Viana Bakery. We are looking for somebody to support and excellence on project execution. You will execute initiatives within I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change for new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.

What you will take away from:
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in GMPs, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma(Continuous improvement) tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
- You will learn big skills for Project management and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
- Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Education / Certifications: 4 years University Degree (Engineering degree or combination of Business Management and engineering preferred).
Job specific requirements: English (fluent)
We are Mondelēz international, we execute projects that the business brings to Viana, hence, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be mostly in English.

Work schedule: 8h/day - 40h/week
