Key responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting research on advanced signal processing for industrial sensor systems.
• Taking over design, implementation and evaluation of digital filters for embedded devices (convolution, neural networks, Kalman).
• Collaborating with our team members to broaden your understanding of technological trends.
• Documenting and presenting scientific results in a professional environment at ABB.

Qualifications for the role

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology.
• You possess knowledge of fundamentals in digital signal processing.
• You have experience with handling sensor data on embedded devices.
• You have skills in data analytics and scripting tools (e.g. Matlab, Python).
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
• You are motivated and work independently.
• You are creative and can tackle complex problems.
• You have an analytical and structured way of thinking.
• You can communicate ideas, challenges and results clearly.
