This is exactly where you come in: your role as a Communicator and Community Manager in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.
As part of the Global Cyber Security department, our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team paves the way for modern, secure and efficient access to all of the company's systems and apps and offers other important functions (e.g. multi-factor authentication and passwordless login) for all employees. Our new IAM tool is the central hub that ensures all employees and customers have the access to apps and accounts they need.
We are the bridge to the entire IT landscape and ensure the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure. We highly value communication by providing articles, instructions, info pages, digital events, videos and more to keep our active communities informed in the best possible way.
In your role as a communicator, you are the ambassador who spreads the word about our latest developments and innovations to our user groups. You are the bridge between our technical experts and end users to ensure that all stakeholders in the organization understand how they can benefit from our IAM solutions.

- Create articles, info pages and visuals for IT communication campaigns and formats
- Write editorial texts for internal communication channels
- Organize, moderate and host regular digital events
- Build internal presentations and documents for stakeholders
- Further develop and engage our communities with 1,000+ members
- Support the production of tutorial videos
- Leverage AI agents and generative AI for text, image and video to accelerate content creation
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of communication formats and contribute your own ideas

- Enrolled in a degree program such as Communication Studies, Media Informatics, Media Studies, Marketing, Business Informatics or similar
- Experience in communication and/or marketing, with strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Confident using Microsoft 365 apps (especially PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Comfortable designing media and editing images (e.g., Canva); basic video editing is a plus
- Initial experience creating content on social intranet, SharePoint and Teams channels is advantageous
- Interest in IT topics and new technologies
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and curiosity to explore AI for content creation
- Agile ways of working and IT project management experience are a plus (e.g., Azure DevOps or comparable tools)
- Soft skills: fluent English; communicative and open; self‑organized; high initiative
- German skills: good written and spoken German to collaborate in a global team are a plus
