Your role and responsibilities
You will support the HR Business Partner in managing key people-related processes and initiatives, contributing to employee engagement and internal communication activities while collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions. The role offers the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of organizational dynamics, HR practices, data analysis, and operational coordination, gaining progressive exposure to the strategic and business-oriented aspects of the HRBP function.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Support HR Business Partner activities through data collection, reporting, organizational updates, and monitoring of key people metrics.
Support the communication and change management activities related to the company’s transition to the MIND district, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and involved throughout the process.
Develop relationships within the MIND ecosystem, partnering with external stakeholders and the Employer Branding team to create networking, collaboration, and community engagement opportunities that reinforce the company’s employer value proposition.
Contribute to the execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives.
Support internal communication activities by creating content, preparing communication materials, and coordinating information-sharing initiatives.
Assist in the planning and delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and employee experience programs, workshops, and internal events.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate HR projects, track progress, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for the role
You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
You are comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel.
You work accurately and use your analytical skills to solve problems and ensure quality.
You enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
