WHO WE ARE:

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Why Join

Be part of Group Human Resources – HR Transformation, where technology, data, and innovation come together to shape the future of work. As an HR Transformation intern, you’ll contribute to real enterprise‑grade AI initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to how GenAI and AI agents are applied to solve meaningful business problems. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced transformation professionals while helping build solutions that go beyond experimentation and into production.

How You Succeed

You succeed by being curious, experimental, and comfortable learning through iteration. You’re eager to explore new technologies, able to translate ideas into working prototypes, and open to feedback. By collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and documenting your learnings clearly, you’ll help drive impactful outcomes in a fast-evolving transformation environment.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • AI Agent Development: Assist in building and enhancing AI agents using platforms such as Google AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Windsurf, or similar tools

  • Prompt & Workflow Design: Design, test, and iterate on prompt workflows, agent logic, and task orchestration

  • System Integration: Integrate AI agents with APIs, data sources, and lightweight applications

  • Experimentation & Prototyping: Support experimentation with LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, tools/functions calling, and multi‑agent workflows

  • Documentation: Document agent designs, assumptions, limitations, and key learnings to support scalability and knowledge sharing

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and domain teams to refine use cases and iterate on solutions

You’ll work with the HR Transformation team within Group Human Resources, alongside colleagues from product, data, and technology domains. This collaborative setup will give you exposure to how multidisciplinary teams come together to design, test, and deploy AI‑enabled solutions at enterprise scale.
