What You DoYour responsibilities will include:
AI Agent Development: Assist in building and enhancing AI agents using platforms such as Google AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Windsurf, or similar tools
Prompt & Workflow Design: Design, test, and iterate on prompt workflows, agent logic, and task orchestration
System Integration: Integrate AI agents with APIs, data sources, and lightweight applications
Experimentation & Prototyping: Support experimentation with LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, tools/functions calling, and multi‑agent workflows
Documentation: Document agent designs, assumptions, limitations, and key learnings to support scalability and knowledge sharing
Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and domain teams to refine use cases and iterate on solutions
You’ll work with the HR Transformation team within Group Human Resources, alongside colleagues from product, data, and technology domains. This collaborative setup will give you exposure to how multidisciplinary teams come together to design, test, and deploy AI‑enabled solutions at enterprise scale.
