ABOUT THE JOB

CHANEL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join the Global Learning & Development  team. The intern will assist in shaping the Future of Learning at CHANEL by supporting the development and adoption of a unified Learning platform, helping optimize the worldwide L&D organization, contributing to the creation of robust data and analytics capabilities, testing and scaling automation and gen AI technologies.

YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL

  • Define and implement simple, yet effective, solutions to optimize the Learning organization's processes, aiming to improve the overall Learner Experience.
  • Assist in the development and adoption of a global learning platform (LMS), ensuring deep stakeholder engagement and seamless access to learning resources for all employees.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and Tech Innovation teams to develop, test, and evaluate simple solutions that could be piloted during the internship and, upon success, scaled and introduced to the Learning Directors of the company.
  • Manage and lead projects related to Gen AI, Low-code, and automation to drive innovation and efficiency within the Learning domain.
  • Help building our data capabilities, analyze L&D data to track progress, assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives, and generate actionable insights that lead to continuous improvement in our learning strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program related to Education Technology, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, AI, low-code and automation.
  • Great problem-solving abilities and creative mindset, with an openness to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management; experience with L&D trends and technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
