As a Global Customer Marketing Intern, you will be part of the Category Leadership & Customer Marketing International Travel Retail team. In this role, you will have clear responsibilities for accounts and segments. You will act as the link between Sales, Marketing, and the customer, helping to implement impactful marketing strategies within the international travel retail market.

Responsibilities
During this internship, you will support the Customer Marketing team with various projects and operational tasks, including:
- Executing promotional and display plans to optimize visibility and sales.
- Assisting in briefing and following up with agencies on smaller activation and display projects.
- Managing budgets, including processing purchase orders (POs) and tracking budget updates.
- Developing planograms in Perfect Store in alignment with customer, consumer, and company priorities.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of promotional activities and providing recommendations to enhance their effectiveness.
- Participating in both internal and customer meetings within the Customer Marketing team.
- Automating and digitizing daily routine tasks, such as writing briefs for agencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a driven and analytical student with a passion for marketing and digitalization:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
- First practical experience in Sales and/or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong digital knowledge to support the automation of routine tasks.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive work ethic.
- Hands-on approach and ability to take ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
