We are looking for a motivated intern to support the Brand Network team in driving effective internal communications and coordination across key initiatives. In this role you'll play an important part in connecting teams globally by organizing and supporting internal meetings, coordinating our annual internal conference, and contributing to a few select high-priority internal projects.

 

As an intern you'll help to develop and share internal updates, capture and distribute learnings across markets, and support deep dives into key areas such as internal storytelling, tone of voice, and brand alignment. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal engagement and communication impact across the organization.

 

We are looking for someone to start in December 2025 for six months.

Job Description

PLANNING & COORDINATION

In this role, you'll provide dedicated support in the planning, coordination, and execution of a 2026 annual internal conference - the department’s flagship annual meeting. You'll contribute to the early planning process by helping to manage timelines, coordinate with global stakeholders, and assist in the development of event content that aligns with the team’s strategic priorities.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT & INSIGHTS

You'll assist in gathering and sharing media learnings and best practices across the Brand Network. You'll help to monitor media trends and contribute insights to inform future strategies.

PROJECT COORDINATION & COLLABORATION

You'll support coordinating early planning and logistics for a 2026 annual internal conference. In addition, you'll help to align and collaborate with internal teams to deliver stronger communications. By focusing on both event planning and internal communications, this position plays a key role in connecting global brand marketing teams, fostering knowledge exchange, and reinforcing consistent messaging across the Media Network.

CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT

In this internship, you'll also support the Brand Network’s broader objective of strengthening internal communication and collaboration across markets. You'll help collect and share insights, maintain alignment between teams, and ensure key learnings from the Media Summit and related initiatives are effectively communicated throughout the organization.

BRAND AWARNESS

You'll support the promotion and consistent application of brand tone, voice, and visual guidelines across media touchpoints. Additionally, you'll help monitor media trends and contribute insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background or internship experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Interest in communications, event coordination, strategy, media, and content development, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.

  • Ability to think creatively about how to position marketing and media initiatives for maximum impact.

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for teamwork and learning in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills; confidence in drafting clear and concise messages.
