Job Description

GLOBAL DANCE MARKETING STRATEGY- BREAKING

You’ll bring the global dance marketing strategy for Breaking to life, making sure every project aligns with our brand and business goals. You’ll support marketing and promotional activities across all Breaking properties, including the Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher, Red Bull Bull BC One World Final , and key third-party events. You’ll also work closely on artist and dancer management, helping to boost visibility and impact on a global scale. Finally, you’ll ensure the dance marketing strategy is executed to the highest standard across all countries, with a strong focus on the top 15 markets.

RED BULL BC ONE

You’ll support the development and rollout of global guidelines for Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher across all markets. You’ll help create and update toolkits, templates, and resources to keep brand and creative consistency. You’ll advise countries on planning and running their Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher, making sure they align with global standards. You’ll gather and share best practices to boost performance and elevate standards worldwide. You’ll track events and activations, turning insights into a global overview. You’ll work closely with the Global Dance Projects Manager and host markets to support those events. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. You’ll assist with artist and participant management, logistics, and on-site operations. You’ll also help with documentation, reporting, and debriefing to capture learnings and outcomes.

ARTIST RELATIONS

You’ll be a trusted Breaking expert, knowing the right vocabulary and tone when engaging with dancers. You’ll help execute the global dancer strategy, working with markets and dancers to bring projects and initiatives to life in true Red Bull style. You’ll guide local markets on how to engage and collaborate effectively with dancers. You’ll support key artist programs and community-building events. You’ll help drive the Red Bull Under My Wiiings initiative, identifying and nurturing emerging Breaking and dance talent worldwide. You’ll track progress and outcomes from this program, ensuring alignment with global talent development goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams to plan and execute content projects featuring Red Bull dancers, making sure storytelling is authentic and culturally relevant.

THIRD PARTY EVENTS – BREAKING

You’ll build and maintain relationships with third-party Breaking event organizers and promoters worldwide. You’ll collaborate with partners to create authentic and impactful event experiences. You’ll work with local Red Bull markets to provide tools and support for high-quality event execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, with 2–3 years of experience in project, event, or artist management

Fluent in English

Expert knowledge of Breaking, hip-hop culture, artist management, and marketing

Creative, self-motivated team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Structured and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver results

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
