We're looking for an eager Finance Intern to manage payments and foster smooth collaborations with customers. Your team

You will join the Finance department and be part of the Finance Operations Team, a dedicated and hard-working (and fun) team of 4 members who report to the Finance Operations Lead. 

The team plays a crucial role in managing our customers' financial transactions from start to finish. Their meticulous attention to detail, proactive approach and efficiency contribute to maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

Your role and impact

• Assist in managing accurate, timely, and compliant payments to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales to resolve issues within the Order-to-Cash process and act as a mediator to ensure fair and timely solutions.
• Ownership of responding to our customer inquiries.
• Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting SLAs.
• Contribute ideas to improve and streamline internal processes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.

Your profile 

• You speak English at an above-average level; French is a big plus.
• Background in business, economics, finance, or related field, or clear interest in payment operations and the regulatory framework around compliance.
• You can structure your work following the team’s checklists and develop your own to-do lists.
• You can work effectively both on teams and independently, taking initiative and going the extra mile.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong (professional) communicator to interact with clients and across teams.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are a hands-on problem solver.
• You are definitely energetic, optimistic, and imaginative!
