Use qualitative insights, behavioral data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes to improve the experience. Contribute to design systems, principles, accessibility, interaction quality, and team-wide design standards.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal platforms supporting Admin, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Trust and Safety teams. Manage payments and payouts, CRM and attribution infrastructure, data pipelines, AI-enabled workflows, KYC/KYB automation, fraud prevention and risk systems.
