About the role
This role is designed for a student interested in translating their skills into a career in digital marketing by contributing to business-to-business (B2B) marketing projects. As a digital marketing intern at Avery Dennison, you will use your talent and insights to assist with the entire lifecycle of digital projects, from planning campaigns and launching web pages to running social promotions and measuring results. You will work closely with a team of specialists in communications, digital marketing, and design to help communicate eco-friendly packaging options and navigate creative marketing career paths. This internship is scheduled to start on 3rd of August 2026 for a duration of 6 months. The role requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, creation, and publication of digital design assets (such as web pages, email campaigns, social media posts, etc.) according to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate digital campaigns, including planning, design, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Coordinate social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create and facilitate the distribution of email marketing communications.
- Coordinate the creation of new website pages and the translation of texts for various digital marketing platforms.
Required
- Currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related studies at a Dutch university.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English (additional languages are considered a plus).

- Digitally savvy with a keen interest in software such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, and WordPress.
- Strong project management skills, customer-focused, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and maintain a holistic perspective across all projects.
