What you can expect with us- Hands-on Customer Success & Account Management: You will support our Customer Success team in day-to-day customer interactions and learn how we strategically guide customers, solve challenges, and achieve shared goals.
- Assistance in System Optimization: You will actively contribute to the setup, customization, and optimization of our employee apps, helping to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Training & Enablement Materials: You will create and refine onboarding and training materials (e.g. guides, presentations, best practices) that enable our customers to get started successfully..
- Event Organization: Prepare customer meetings, interactive workshops, and energizing kick-off events.
- Involvement in Success Stories: Gain insights into the design and evolution of our extensive collection of success stories, and contribute creatively to the planning of concepts.
- Experimenting with AI & New Tools: You will have the opportunity to experiment with AI tools - for example, to create content, analyze customer feedback, or optimize internal processes - and actively bring in new approaches.
- Initial practical experience in customer management, consulting, SaaS, or a comparable role is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- A self-driven, structured working style and the motivation to move things forward
- Creativity, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to be present on-site in Stuttgart on a regular basis
