Job Description:
1. Assist in preparing Class 5 to Class 3 conceptual cost estimates under the supervision of Cost Estimators.
2. Perform or verify quantity take-offs from engineering drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and equipment lists.
3. Support development of equipment, bulk material, and construction cost estimates.
4. Assist in updating and maintaining cost databases and historical project cost records.
5. Assist in validating contractor quotations, budgetary proposals, and benchmark data.
6. Support assigned projects and day-to-day departmental activities, such as data collection, assist in preparing presentations, documents, and project deliverables.
7. Participate in meetings, workshops, and team discussions.
8. Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking activities as required.
9. Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
10. Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
