The OpportunityAs an Organizational Change Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the success of a major transformation initiative, while gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in change management and project coordination.
Support Strategic Change Management: Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to implement change strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, distribute project communications, and develop initiatives to enhance adoption of new processes.
Handle Administrative Operations: Take ownership of key administrative tasks, including preparing reports and presentations, booking and coordinating meetings, maintaining distribution lists, and managing shared inbox and Trello access.
Coordinate Events and Logistics: Assist in planning and executing project-related events such as team-building activities, go-live celebrations, and All Hands meetings, including booking venues, arranging logistics, and preparing materials.
Contribute to Project Visual Consistency: Ensure visual branding and consistency in presentations, newsletters, and other materials to maintain a professional and unified project image.
Support Creative Initiatives: Engage in creative activities, such as video production with tools like Camtasia, handling project merchandise, and running internal team engagement campaigns.
Plan and Execute Logistics: Manage logistics required for successful project transitions, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and business units.
Foster Collaboration Across Units: Act as a liaison to strengthen connections between the project team and diverse global business units, driving integration and alignment.
Influence Culture and Engagement: Build a positive and collaborative workplace culture through innovative communication strategies and creative engagement campaigns.
You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving change and supporting impactful projects. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring energy, creativity, and a solution-focused approach to your work.
You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Business Psychology, General Management, Project Management, or a related field.
You have a strong passion for project management and organizational change, and are eager to contribute to transformational initiatives.
You bring creativity and detail orientation to your work, with a keen eye for visual design.
You are highly motivated, proactive, and organized, thriving in a structured work environment.
You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing (German is a plus).
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Canva) being an added advantage.
