About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Global Shared Services team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international finance environment within the video games industry.
As an AR Intern, you will support the Accounts Receivable team with day-to-day activities across multiple entities worldwide. You’ll gain exposure to key financial processes and contribute to the smooth operation of our global finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of domestic and international customer invoices
- Support the allocation and reconciliation of customer payments
- Help process InterCompany re-invoicing transactions
- Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure accurate and timely processing
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian - this is a must
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in economics
- Knowledge of the Office package, in particular, Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Aptitude for working in team
- Ability for problem-solving
