Your Responsibilities
You design and develop AI-powered applications using Python, Large Language Models, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks
You build end-to-end AI workflows by combining models, enterprise data, APIs, business logic, workflow automation, and existing HR systems
You create solution architectures that bring together Generative AI, traditional machine learning, deterministic logic, and enterprise applications
You evaluate new technologies, turn promising ideas into prototypes, and improve solutions based on technical performance, user feedback, and measurable business impact
You work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to identify new use cases, translate business challenges into scalable solutions, and present concepts and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
What we are looking for
You are currently pursuing a degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
You have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience developing AI applications, prototypes, AI assistants, or intelligent workflow automation solutions
You have a solid foundation in machine learning and practical experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and agentic AI
You can assess when Generative AI, traditional machine learning, automation, or a combination of these approaches is the right solution and translate business challenges into practical technical concepts
You communicate complex AI topics clearly, enjoy collaborating across disciplines, and ideally bring experience with Azure, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel, as well as Git-based development workflows
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience developing AI applications, prototypes, AI assistants, or intelligent workflow automation solutions
- Solid foundation in machine learning and practical experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI
- Ability to assess when Generative AI, traditional ML, automation, or combinations are appropriate and translate business challenges into technical concepts
- Ability to communicate complex AI topics clearly and collaborate across disciplines
- Experience with Azure, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel), and Git-based development workflows
