JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with: KAM and Operation team (FOM, DSM)
- Job location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Dist.11, HCMC.
Core job responsibilities:
- Redesign & Standardize Merchandiser working process to strengthen Sales fundamental and accelerate Growth & Share in small formats (focusing in BHX and Win+)
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities to drive more sales
- Work with KAM and Field operation team to build plan for growth acceleration in strategic region.
- Centralize data and develop tracking system to enable better business performance & IBP implementation monitoring.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Core Skill Requirement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skill in Excel, PowerBI and other data modeling (if possible)
- Good at communication & interpersonal skills

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Graduate or Undergraduate level
- Major in Marketing & Sales or business administration.
- Be able to work full-time within 6 months (May – Nov 2025)
