I/ Core job responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis
- Collect data support for internal business discussion such as tender quota, SAM …
- Monitor and ensure data integrity
- Monitor test count, sales trend to support for analyze IMS sales trend and forecast.
2. Support business efficiency
- Monitor and daily sale tracking
- Review Mydash, QTC
- Actively work with distributor
- Business support for tie 4,5 account, internal process off check dating, instrument request/movement
3. Adhoc Reporting and supporting as required by business
- Weekly KPI update and monitoring
- Support for ticket problem solving
- Other on demand for business discussion
- Processes: Act as custodian of processes and policies within scope of function responsibility
- Coordination: work with other functions to achieve alignment and ensure effective execution and operation
REQUIREMENT
1/ Core Skill Requirement
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Thinking and acting logically
- Knowledge of data analytics, technologies, tools, and platforms
- Be good at Power BI
- Good communication, being familiar with presentation, facilitation
- Good English

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Fresh Graduated or Senior students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from May to Nov 2025).
